About Pallikaranai:

We have a certain knack for being able to predict the development of localities. We were one of the first builders to launch a project at Madipakkam in 2005-06 (Rs.1900), at Velachery in 2006-07 (Rs. 2400), at Rajakilpakkam in 2007-08 (Rs. 2450), at Vengaivasal in 2009-10 (Rs. 2850) and now at Pallikaranai in 2013 (Rs. 5000). We always choose locations that are good residential localities and which have the potential to develop significantly.

Pallikaranai is today one of the fastest growing localities in Chennai, both in terms of pricing and infrastructure development. While the area has been a traditional residential locality for more than 4 decades (VGP Shanthi Nagar was created in 1974 and nearby IIT colony was developed by IIT professors in the same time), it is only recently after the rapid expansion of Velachery that Pallikaranai has become a much favoured destination.
